Infiniti will now be offering customers a new service that provides a team of professionals at their drivers’ beck and call 24 hours a day. Called “Infiniti Personal Assistant,” the special concierge service allows owners to be connected to a live assistant at any time of day when the owner is out driving via the vehicle’s Bluetooth system or their cell phone when away from the car for free for the first four years of ownership. The live helpers then provide answers, advice or assistance on various topics, including: directory assistance and driving directions; city guides; weather forecasts; driving suggestions and reservations; movie times; travel arrangements; emergency services; schedule reminders and more!
