The 2013 Lexus RX was supposed to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, but new pics have leaked on the Web. According to the picture, the new RX features a front fascia that has a “spindle” grille and LED-infused headlights like Lexus’ GS and LX models. There’s some restyled taillights and new fog lights. Lexus will also release an F Sport variant of the 2012 RX, which will have a more aggressive front bumper and unique alloy wheels, with a sport steering wheel and alloy pedals inside.
