UK’s Sky TV premiered the first episode of Tooned, an animated short highlighting the race technologies as well as off-track antics of McLaren F1 drivers Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton last week that’s made by McLaren Animation, a new media entity by racing giant McLaren Group and Oscar-winning visual effects house Framestore. The “Tooned”series will feature 12 12 three-minute episodes, each in high-quality CGI. Stay tuned for more episodes in the future, with possible expansion to the big screen, video games, mobile apps and more not far behind either!
