The Depth of Speed web series has dropped a new zombie-inspired installment that’s filled with vehicle adoration and more. This webisode takes us to St. Paul, Minnesota with ‘Joel’ and his impressive 1982 Volkswagen Rabbit restoration, which is also his very first restoration and build project. Unique to Joel’s zombie Rabbit is various rich rich leather details like hood straps and the wrapped steering wheel. It seems Joel went to great lengths to upholster the seats himself from re-purposed leather jackets. The video goes on to explain how Joel brought to life a once-dead VW with an initial $400 investment.
