2011 DUB Show: Miami Recap

Miami residents received an extra treat on Labor Day weekend as the 2011 DUB Show Tour rolled through the Sunshine State on Saturday, September 3, 2011. All the fun went down at the Miami Beach Convention Center from 3-9 PM, and hosts for the day’s festivities included the beautiful Amber Rose and Miami’s very own DJ Laz!

Miami is known for always having the hottest cars and women on the planet so you know this show was off the hook! MC Customs took home the “Best Booth” and “Best of Show” awards, while Exclusive Motoring was awarded “Best Display,” and received a special visit from Carlos Boozer from the Chicago Bulls. This year we also had some sick bikes at the Miami stop, with Roaring Toyz rollin’ deep and BMS Choppers showing lots of love love at their display!

Forgiato’s booth had showgoers eager to win a set of 28-inch wheels, while Lexani and Cost to Coast also raffled some Lexani tires and grille packages. The Monster Energy Zone was crowded as fans stopped by to grab autographs from rider Rickey Gadson and actor Tiny Lester (better known as “Devo” in the Friday movies). UFC fans were able to get up close and personal with fighters Rich Attonito, Gleison Tibau and Mike Brown, which made for some long lines! Then over at the Ford booth, guests were pumped to be one of the first to grab special edition all-chrome DUB Garage Toys made exclusively for the DUB Tour.

The all-star concert stage for Miami exploded with the musical talents of some of the hottest names in the game like Vido “No Shake,” Majic, Kulture-Shock, T.R.U.B., Rebel Gang, Kia Shine, REJ3CTZ, Travie McCoy, Ace Hood, Waka Flocka and Jeremih.
