RECAP: 2012 DUB Show - New York

The 2012 DUB Show Tour took a bite out of the Big Apple’s car culture when we landed in New York City to display our goods inside the 2012 New York Auto Show at the Jacob Javits Center from April 13-15, 2012. This year was the busiest our area has ever seen, with the DUB section buzzing with fans all three days.
The creative masterminds behind Killer Kreations displayed some of their finest art and amazing murals on numerous bikes and cars. But it was their infamous Pauly D bike that stole the show. Other shops that came out to support include: Action Tire with their fleet of show stoppers, Martino Concepts and their million-dollar inventory that had show goers drooling in envy and Xclusv Autosports showing off their custom treasures.
Everyone filled up on DUB Edition Drinks at the Monster Energy booth, while Boost Mobile Powered by LG’s booth had some of the hottest ladies working their display, while presenting show goers with some cool giveaways. The Pirelli booth showcased their latest tire styles and their hot models!
Sony killed it with their booth that touted various vehicles, including the Escalade that was converted into a moving boom box built by Martino Concepts with the audio install done by Xclusv Autosports. The Harley-Davidson Custom Bike Shoot-Out had more than 18 bikes on display and all had everyone talking about their cool factor, while Pioneer showed off their one-of-kind Swagger Wagon MIXTRAX mobile club. Sound Stream was also on hand with one of the loudest vehicles in the room.
Fans got to take pictures and get autographs from UFC fighter Rafel Natal inside Harley-Davidson’s packed booth. Donz Wheels, as always, showed us why they are one the premier wheel brands out of New York and came out hard with all their designs. The Mobil 1 Performance Zone educated those on why they’re are the world’s leading synthetic motor oil brand, while the Kawasaki booth included free giveaways and posters, while guests got to get up close and personal with their Vulcan Vaquero & ZX10 bikes. Finally, DJ Rush Rocked the stage while Juelz Santa meet with excited fans.
We had a rocking show in NYC and would like to thank everyone who showed up to support, especially our wonderful sponsors: Monster Energy, Pirelli, Harley-Davidson, UFC, Sony, Mobil 1, Kawasaki, “The DUB Magazine Project,” TIS, Dropstars, DUB Garage, MOTIV and Gear.
