The legendary off-road racer and Black Rifle Coffee Company driver B.J. Baldwin is back with his famous “Recoil” video series after a five-year hiatus. And when he hit up Black Rifle Coffee about the project, they were all in!

The new video, “Recoil Reloaded: Sand & Sky,” just dropped and it’s a must-see for all you adrenaline junkies out there. B.J. tears up the desert in his 900 horsepower Black Rifle Coffee trophy truck, which he drove to last year’s Best in the Desert Trophy Truck Championship, and even takes his personal 2019 Porsche 991.2 Turbo S for a spin.

Not only does he show off his impressive driving skills, but the video also features some hilarious moments courtesy of BRCC’s comedic genius. They even have a new brew that’s so strong, it’s like cloning yourself! Baldwin pilots both vehicles in the production, which is directed by MacGregor and produced by Sweatpants Media Production.

The video starts with Best and Baldwin driving his Porsche Turbo S through the streets of El Centro, Calif. at more than 100 mph, chasing down a stolen load of Black Rifle Coffee. Things get wild when Baldwin’s trophy truck shows up, driven by a mystery opponent with a tinted visor and a burning desire to beat the Porsche to the coffee.

The rest of the video is a crazy ride through an abandoned power plant, narrowly avoiding explosions and a passing train, before ending in the iconic dunes of Glamis, Calif. where they finally find the stolen coffee truck.

Jarred Taylor, co-owner of Black Rifle Coffee Company, said bringing back the Recoil series with B.J. was an honor and a no-brainer. He’s confident that their unique take on Recoil Reloaded will spawn a new form of entertaining motorsports action videos.

Baldwin is a true legend in off-road racing, with eight championships under his belt, including back-to-back Baja 1000 Ironman wins in 2012 and 2013. Last year, he won the Best in the Desert Trophy Truck championship, winning three events and finishing on the podium in five of six events.
