Dodge Delivers World’s First and Only Electric Muscle Car With 2024 Dodge Charger

Rev up for a groundbreaking moment in automotive muscle as Dodge sets the stage for a new era, proudly unveiling the world’s inaugural and solitary electric muscle car. Brace yourselves for the buzz surrounding the all-new Dodge Charger, the brand’s first-ever multi-energy muscle car, making its global debut.

In the spirit of innovation, the next-generation Dodge Charger breathes electrifying life into a legendary nameplate. This powerhouse retains its title as the world’s fastest and most potent muscle car, spearheaded by the groundbreaking 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack. Packing a punch with 670 horsepower, it’s set to blaze from 0-60 mph in a mere 3.3 seconds, with an anticipated quarter-mile dash in just 11.5 seconds. The 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T is joining the electrified lineup, boasting an impressive 496 horsepower.

The all-new Dodge Charger raises the bar further with standard all-wheel drive across all models, offering performance aficionados a spectrum of choices through multi-energy powertrain options. Enter the 550-horsepower Dodge Charger SIXPACK H.O., fueled by the 3.0L Twin Turbo Hurricane High Output engine, and the 420-horsepower Dodge Charger SIXPACK S.O., energized by the 3.0L Twin Turbo Hurricane Standard Output engine.  

Two-door coupe versions of the 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack and 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T are set to roll off the production line in mid-2024. For fans of the all-electric four-door Daytona Scat Pack and R/T models, production will kick off in the first quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, gasoline-powered two-door Dodge Charger SIXPACK H.O. and four-door Dodge Charger SIXPACK S.O. models are revving up for production in the same quarter. The cutting-edge Dodge Charger will be assembled at the Windsor (Ontario) Assembly Plant.
