Along with Hot Wheels designers, these icons of car and pop culture will review the finalists and select a first-place winner to have their vehicle immortalized into a real Hot Wheels toy car that will be available on store shelves worldwide in 2021! The winning vehicle will be inaugurated into the Hot Wheels Garage of Legends, an elite group of the most iconic Hot Wheels designs and builds in the brand’s storied 52-year history.
Throughout the year, fans, families and car enthusiasts worldwide participated in the virtual Hot Wheels Legends Tour with over 10,000 custom builds submitted and millions tuning into live virtual stops. Auto enthusiasts ranging from car designers to racecar drivers and more judged the cars and selected 13 finalists from across the world for this exciting finale.
New for 2020, 8 additional finalists from the Mobil 1 Fan Favorite contest will be in the running leading up to the finale. The Mobil 1 Fan Favorite contest will ultimately choose one additional wild card winner to be featured in the final competition based on the most fan votes to attempt to take home the ultimate prize and becoming the winner of the 2020 Hot Wheels Legends Tour.
